摘  要:利用流程工程学相关理论知识对焦化回收系统进行分析,并提出焦化回收系统评价的主要指标,同时根据制造流程工程学原理,提出能量流有序化工艺,利用“集成-解析-重构”方法对能量流工艺进行分析,通过与现有化产回收工艺对比发现,无论是整体工艺还是每个工段,都有十分明显的节能减排效果。The coking recovery system is analyzed by using the relevant theoretical knowledge of process engineering,and the main indicators for the evaluation of the coking recovery system are proposed.At the same time,according to the principle of manufacturing process engineering,the energy flow sequencing process is proposed,and the energy flow process is analyzed by using the "integration-analysis-reconstruction" method.Through comparison with the existing chemical production recovery process.Both the overall process and each section have very obvious energy saving and emission reduction effects.
