摘  要:邯伊钢厂投产后,生产过程中陆续出现了加热炉出钢平托不同步,冷床区连锁报警、碎断剪刃损坏、精整区域收集链条自动编组异常等设备故障,导致生产效率下降。针对以上问题,在电气控制方面进行改造和创新后,控制程序更加优化、设备性能更加完善,全面提升了生产设备的自动化程度和稳定性,为提高产品质量和生产效率奠定了坚实的基础。After Hanyi Steel Plant was put into operation,equipment failures such as unsynchronized tapping flat support of heating furnace,interlock alarm in cooling bed area,broken shear blade damage,and abnormal automatic marshalling of collecting chain in finishing area occurred in the production process,resulting in the decline of production efficiency.In view of the above problems,after the transformation and innovation of electrical control,the control procedure is more optimized and the equipment performance is more perfect,which comprehensively improves the automation and stability of production equipment,and lays a solid foundation for improving product quality and production efficiency.
