摘　　要：通过统计新钢6号高炉炉腹煤气量的各个参数,分析炉腹煤气量指数与高炉利用系数以及燃料消耗的对应关系,本着高利用系数、低燃料消耗的原则,根据当时所用原燃料条件,推断出最适合6号高炉生产的炉腹煤气指数范围,从而改善高炉煤气流分布,提高煤气利用率,同时也为同类型高炉提供参考。Based on the statistics of the various parameters of the bosh gas volume of the No.6 blast furnace of Xingang,the corresponding relationship between the bosh gas volume index and the utilization coefficient of the blast furnace and the fuel consumption is analyzed.Based on the principle of high utilization coefficient and low fuel consumption,and according to the raw and fuel conditions used at that time,the range of the bosh gas index that is most suitable for the production of the No.6 blast furnace is deduced,so as to improve the distribution of the blast furnace gas flow and improve the gas utilization rate.It also provides reference for the same type of blast furnace.
