摘　　要：针对首钢长治钢铁公司炼钢厂废水处理站中废水含油、杂质多的特点,采用物理、化学结合处理方法,对相应的处理工艺流程、主要构筑物及相关设备进行设计改造。实际运行结果表明:该废水处理站运行稳定,处理工艺合理可靠,产水可代替新水用于高速过滤器、双旋流过滤器的反洗供水及连铸浊环水系统补水;运行费用为1.55元/t。In view of the characteristics of oily and impurities in the wastewater treatment station of the steelmaking plant of Shougang Changzhi Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.,the corresponding treatment process,main structures and related equipment were designed and modified by combining physical and chemical treatment methods.The actual operation results show that the wastewater treatment station operates stably,the treatment process is reasonable and reliable,and the produced water can replace the new water for backwashing water supply of high-speed filter,double cyclone filter and make-up water of continuous casting turbid circulating water system.The operating cost is 1.55 yuan/t.
