摘　　要：设备润滑是设备运行管理工作中的重要环节,设备润滑优劣直接影响设备的使用寿命、故障率以及生产成本等指标,并直接体现一个企业设备现代化管理水平。鉴于此,以油品全流程精益管理思想为基础,对首钢长治钢铁有限公司实施设备全优润滑管理优化提升,并在实践中拓宽设备润滑管理思路。该管理实施后效益明显,对于同行业的设备润滑管理具有一定的借鉴指导作用。Equipment lubrication is an important link in equipment operation and management.The quality of equipment lubrication directly affects the service life,failure rate and production cost of equipment,and directly reflects the modern management level of an enterprise's equipment.In view of this,based on the idea of whole-process lean management of oil products,Shougang Changzhi Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.has continuously optimized and improved the equipment lubrication management,and broadened the equipment lubrication management thinking in practice.After the implementation of this management,the benefits are obvious,and it has a certain reference and guidance role for the equipment lubrication management in the same industry.
