新型高效板式空气预热器在冶金步进加热炉中的应用研究

摘　　要：为了积极响应国家关于“节能减排、绿色环保”的号召,步进加热炉在冶金领域逐步得到推广和应用,尤其是板式空气预热器这种新型预热装置的出现,不仅使钢坯实现了均匀受热,节省了大量热能,同时加热炉的使用寿命也大幅延长。鉴于此,围绕步进加热炉的炉型特点,对新型高效板式空气预热器的性能参数予以说明,并针对空气预热器在步进加热炉中的实际应用效果展开全面论述,旨在验证新型高效板式空气预热器独特的节能功效。In order to actively respond to the national call for "energy conservation and emission reduction,green environmental protection",the step heating furnace has been gradually popularized and applied in the metallurgical field,especially the appearance of the new type of preheater,plate air preheater,which not only makes the billet uniformly heated,saves a lot of heat energy,but also greatly extends the service life of the heating furnace.In view of this,the performance parameters of the new high efficiency plate air preheater are described around the characteristics of the furnace type of the walking beam heating furnace,and the actual application effect of the air preheater in the walking beam heating furnace is comprehensively discussed in order to verify the unique energy-saving effect of the new high efficiency plate air preheater.
