摘 要:冶金焦化企业的综合废水负荷变化较大,当前采用的预处理工艺效果较差,难以有效降低COD、氨氮等综合污染物的含量,对企业发展造成很大负面影响。针对此问题,简要阐述某冶金焦化企业现有废水处理工艺存在的不足,提出以吸附-络合同步去污工艺为基础的改造思路,并对具体改造方案与实施效果进行分析,结果证明该工艺效果较好,希望能够对冶金企业的废水处理工作起到一定的借鉴与帮助作用,并不断提升废水处理技术水平。The comprehensive wastewater load of metallurgical coking enterprises changes greatly,and the current pretreatment process has poor effect,which is difficult to effectively reduce the content of comprehensive pollutants including COD,ammonia nitrogen,etc.,which has a great negative impact on the development of enterprises.In view of this problem,this paper briefly describes the shortcomings of the existing wastewater treatment process in a metallurgical coking enterprise,puts forward a transformation idea based on the adsorption-complexation synchronous decontamination process,and analyzes the specific transformation plan and implementation effect.The results show that the process is effective,and plays a certain reference and help role in the wastewater treatment work of metallurgical enterprises,and constantly improve the level of wastewater treatment technology.
