线材生产线精轧机辊环碎裂的原因分析与防治

摘  要:辊环是轧机辊系中重要的机械部件,通过锥套连接在轧辊轴上。热轧生产中,由于冲击负荷、轧制应力等各种因素的影响,辊环炸裂的现象时有发生。对高线生产线生产效率造成了很大影响,增加了生产成本。对高速线材生产线精轧机辊环炸裂的原因进行分析,提出了减少碳化钨辊环碎裂的技术措施。The roll ring is an important mechanical part in the roll system of the rolling mill,which is connected to the roll shaft through the cone sleeve.In hot rolling production,the phenomenon of roll ring cracking often occurs due to the impact load,rolling stress and other factors.It has a great impact on the production efficiency of the high-speed wire production line and increased the production cost.This paper analyzes the causes of the crack of the roll ring of the finishing mill of the high-speed wire rod production line,and puts forward the technical measures to reduce the crack of the tungsten carbide roll ring.
