作为“本手、俗手、妙手”的HBIM——来自武汉历史建筑数字化保护的观察与思考

摘　　要：该文通过对HBIM(Heritage BIM)的三种现象的分析,切片式回顾了自2010年以来武汉地区部分优秀历史建筑数字化保护的问题与成果。近十年来,历史文化名城保护与活化利用范畴的扩大,为数字技术提供更多的机遇与挑战。同时,数字技术的加持也使得历史文化保护的深度和维度得到很大提高。然而,在实际运用中,由于反向BIM的特点与文化遗产保护的要求,HBIM的建立往往是粗放式、甚至是虚假的。而作为“妙手”的HBIM,应该是系统性和唯一性的结合。Through the analysis of three phenomena of HBIM(Heritage BIM),we review the problems and achievements of digital protection of the excellent historical buildings in Wuhan since 2010.In the past decade,the expansion of the scope of protection and activation of famous historical and cultural cities has provided more opportunities and challenges for digital technology.At the same time,the blessing of digital technology has greatly improved the depth and dimension of historical and cultural protection.However,in practice,due to the characteristics of reverse BIM and the requirements of cultural heritage protection,the establishment of HBIM is often extensive,or even false.HBIM,as a"smart hand",should be a combination of systematicness and uniqueness.
