摘 要:针对深圳高密度城区的学位紧缺问题,在“新校园”模式改革与探索背景下,经济技术指标要求的提高使得中小学的建设模式发生改变,建筑布局的集约化对校园风环境产生影响。通过对深圳近四年高密度小学设计实践的研究,依据深圳设计规范与提升指引,结合南方湿热地区气候特征,归纳演绎出34种高密度小学典型布局模式,进行风环境模拟,得到不同模式下总图布局与平均风速比、风速离散度、风舒适面积比的关系,进而分析不同总图布局与校园风环境性能的相关性规律,为风环境视野下的南方湿热地区高密度小学设计提供方法与建议。In view of the shortage of school places in high-density urban areas in Shenzhen,and in the context of the exploration and reform of the"new campus"model,the improvement of economic and technical index requirements has led to changes in the construction patterns of primary and secondary schools,and the intensification of the building layout has an impact on the wind environment of the campus.Through the research on the design practice of high-density elementary school in Shenzhen in the past four years,34 typical layout patterns of highdensity elementary school are summarized and deduced based on Shenzhen design specifications and upgrading guidelines,combined with the climatic characteristics of the southern hot and humid regions,and wind environment simulations are carried out to obtain the relationship between the general layout and the average wind speed ratio,wind speed dispersion and wind comfort area ratio under different patterns,and then we analyze and study the correlation law between different general layouts and the wind environment performance of the campus.The correlation law of different master layout and campus wind environment performance is analyzed,so as to provide methods and suggestions for the design of high-density elementary schools in southern humid and hot regions under the wind environment view.
