摘 要:在城市空间从增量发展转向存量挖潜的大背景下,城镇老旧小区改造对推动城市品质提升具有重要意义。户外活动空间作为住区内塑造公共环境的重要内容,居住区规划设计标准仅对其提出面积管控要求,缺乏多方面设计要素的具体准则。该文针对当前老旧小区户外活动空间存在的布局不合理、总量欠缺、分级不明确和吸引力不足等典型问题,从空间布局、空间规模数量、空间等级功能和空间吸引力4个维度共计9个指标构建了老旧小区户外活动空间品质提升的规划设计框架,引入空间句法、图像识别等量化分析方法。并以杭州市中心区王马社区南片老旧小区规划方案为例,运用框架探讨其规划合理性,分析其中存在的问题并提出优化建议,以期为其他老旧小区构建高品质户外活动空间提供理论指导与规划实践参考。Under the background that the urban space is changing from"incremental development"to"tapping the potential of stock",the transformation of old urban residential areas is of great significance to promote the improvement of urban quality.As an important part of shaping the public environment in residential areas,the planning and design standards of residential areas only put forward the requirements of area control,and lack the specific criteria of various design elements.Aiming at the typical problems existing in the outdoor activity space of the old residential areas,such as unreasonable layout,lack of total amount,unclear classification and insufficient attraction,a planning and design framework for improving the outdoor activity space quality of the old residential areas are constructed from four dimensions of space layout,space scale and quantity,space hierarchical and function and space attraction,and a total of nine indicators.Quantitative analysis methods such as space syntax and image recognition are introduced.Taking the planning scheme of the old residential area in the south of Wangma community in the central district of Hangzhou as an example,we discuss the rationality of its planning by using the framework,we also analyze the existing problems and put forward optimization suggestions,so as to provide theoretical guidance and planning practice reference for other old residential areas to build high-quality outdoor activity space.
