摘  要:基于Hertz接触理论,建立轴承5自由度非线性力学平衡方程,迭代求解角接触球轴承的整体支承等效刚度参数。基于有限元分析理论,建立5自由度轴承结合部力学参数的电主轴系统静力学仿真模型;在外部激励作用下,对电主轴系统进行静力学分析,得到模型在力系作用平衡下的应力应变结果,探讨过盈量对电主轴系统应力应变的影响。对电主轴系统进行预应力模态分析,结果表明,当刀柄锥面结合面在过盈量为12~16μm时,刀柄锥面结合面最小接触压强均大于0,能有效保证刀柄与电主轴锥面结合面的高接触率。电主轴系统工作时应避开538.07 Hz附近的频率。Based on Hertz contact theory,the 5-DOF nonlinear mechanical equilibrium equation of bearing is established,and the equivalent stiffness parameters of integral support of angular contact ball bearing are solved iteratively.Based on the theory of finite element analysis,the static simulation model of motorized spindle system with mechanical parameters of 5-DOF bearing joint is established.Under the external excitation,the static analysis of the motorized spindle system is carried out,and the stress-strain results of the model under the balance of the force system are obtained;The influence of interference on the stress and strain of motorized spindle system is discussed;The prestressed modal analysis of motorized spindle system is carried out.The results show that when the interference of the conical surface of the tool handle is 12~16μm,the minimum contact pressure of the conical surface of the tool handle is greater than zero,which can effectively ensure the high contact rate of the conical surface of the tool handle and the motorized spindle;When the motorized spindle system works,it shall avoid the frequency near 538.07 Hz.
