摘 要:为研究超声振动辅助钻削Ti-6Al-4V合金的断屑机理,建立了纵扭复合超声振动辅助钻削Ti-6Al-4V的切屑受力模型,分析了4种由振动参数变化形成的不同刀尖运动轨迹对于断屑效果的影响;通过仿真与实验结合的方式验证了分析的内容。轴向分离轨迹断屑效果优于未分离轨迹但弱于扭向分离轨迹,4种轨迹断屑效果优于传统钻削。In order to study the chip breaking mechanism of ultrasonic vibration assisted drilling Ti-6Al-4V alloy,the chip force model of longitudinal torsional composite ultrasonic vibration assisted drilling Ti-6Al-4V alloy is established,and the influence of four different tool tip motion trajectories formed by the change of vibration parameters on the chip breaking effect is analyzed.The content of the analysis is verified by the combination of simulation and experiment.The chip breaking effect of axial separation trajectory is better than that of non separation trajectory,but weaker than that of torsional separation trajectory.The chip breaking effect of four kinds of trajectory is better than that of traditional drilling.
