摘 要:为了满足对汽车尾门配合区钣金适配性快速自动检查的需求,提出了一种可实现自动识别钣金及钣金上关键特征,从而实现钣金配合区适配性关键尺寸的自动测量、分析及输出的解决方案。基于知识工程和知识熔接技术,以NX为开发平台建立了自动化检查系统,极大地提高汽车尾门的设计研发效率。In order to meet the requirements of rapid and automatic check of sheet metal fitness in the matching area of vehicle lift gate,a solution is proposed,which can identify the sheet metal and the key features on the sheet metal automatically,so as to realize the automatic measurement,analysis and output of the key dimensions of sheet metal adaptability in the matching area.Based on knowledge engineering and knowledge fusion technology,an automatic inspection system is established with NX as the development platform,which greatly improves the design and R&D efficiency of automobile tailgate.
