摘 要:为进一步降低转炉铁水比,寻求热量来源,涟钢通过对转炉增温材料现场试验,对比分析各种增温材料的特性和影响,发现用硅质增温剂作为转炉发热增温材料能有效补偿转炉炉内热量。在210吨转炉中每加入1吨硅质增温剂可提高转炉终点温度32~53℃。通过不断现场跟踪优化,形成了一套比较完善的工艺制度和操作模式,转炉铁水比从78.26%降到了70.31%。To further reduce the hot metal ratio of the converter and seek the source of heat,by comparing and analyzing the characteristics and effects of various kinds of heating materials through the field test of the converter heating materials,it is found out that the use of siliceous heating agent as the warming material can compensate for the heat in the converter.The end point temperature of the 210 t converter can be increased by 32~53℃for every 1 ton of siliceous heating agent added to the converter.Through continuous on-site tracking and optimization,a relatively complete set of process systems and operation modes have been formed.The ratio of converter molten iron has been reduced from 78.26%to 70.31%.
