摘 要:辐射管加热式热处理炉对炉膛气氛要求较高,辐射管破损会导致烧嘴在燃烧过程中产生的废气通过破损部位进入炉内,破坏炉内气氛造成炉内钢板严重氧化,导致炉辊氧化结瘤,对辊底式热处理炉造成严重质量危害。通过对辐射管装配和破损原理的分析,采用氧化锆分析仪对炉内气氛进行监控,利用氧气分析仪获取的数据,以氧气波动曲线的周期为依据,采取残氧波动的方法,可以不停炉在线排查破损辐射管,检测效率和准确度有大幅提升,减少了停炉排查和检修处理的大量人力和物力成本。Radiation tube heating heat treatment furnace has higher requirements for furnace atmosphere,and the damage of radiation tube will lead to the exhaust gas generated by the burner in the combustion process.The damaged part enters the furnace,destroys the atmosphere in the furnace,which causes serious oxidation of the steel plate in the furnace and leads to oxidation of the furnace roller nodulation,causing serious quality hazards to roller hearth heat treatment furnaces.By analyzing the radiant tube assembly and damage principles of radiation tubes,using a zirconia analyzer to monitor the atmosphere in the furnace,and using the data from the oxygen analyzer,based on the cycle of the oxygen fluctuation curve,and by adopting the residual oxygen fluctuation method,online troubleshooting of damaged radiation tubes can be performed without stopping the furnace.The detection efficiency and accuracy have been greatly improved,reducing a large amount of manpower and material costs for shutdown troubleshooting and maintenance processing.
