草本复合型免洗消毒凝胶研制及抗菌研究

摘  要:对以抗菌草本植物和醇类为主要抗菌成分的新型复合免洗消毒凝胶,采用单因素平行试验优选法对增稠剂进行选择,采用正交试验设计优化制备工艺,对制备的凝胶进行稳定性、抗菌性能、手部消毒现场和腐蚀性等试验。结果表明:该凝胶对白色念珠菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌3种常见菌种作用1 min杀灭对数值>5.00,经培养箱加速试验3个月后,主要有效成分乙醇含量下降率为5.64%,低于未添加草本精油的凝胶11.27%的下降率,灭菌率在手部消毒现场试验中可在1 min内达到100%,效果优于未添加草本精油凝胶99.57%的灭菌率,且对于铜、不锈钢、铝基本无腐蚀性。该凝胶具有性能稳定、消毒高效快速、免水洗、涂抹不黏腻、无刺激性、安全性较好等特点,具有良好的实际应用价值。Herbaceous plant and ethyl alcohol were used as the antibacterial components,the thickening agents were selected by single factor parallel test optimization method,and the preparation process was optimized by orthogonal experiment design.The stability,antibacterial properties,hand antibacterial field and corrosion of the gel were respectively tested.The results showed that:the logarithmic values of killing candida albicans,staphylococcus aureus and escherichia coli within one minute were all>5.00.After 3 months of accelerated test in the incubator,the decrease rate of ethyl alcohol content was 5.64%,which was lower than the decrease rate of 11.27%of gel without herbal essential oil.The antibacterial rate can reach 100%within 1 min in the field experiment of hand antibacterial,which was better than the antibacterial rate of 99.57%without herbal essential oil gel,and had no corrosive effect on copper,stainless steel and aluminum.The gel had the characteristics of stable performance,efficient and rapid disinfection,washing-free,non-sticky coating,non-irritant,safety,and good application value.
