摘 要:针对局站一体的铁路网动态车流组织问题,基于基本运行图和编组计划,综合考虑运输企业效益和服务质量,构建基于连续型时空网络的重空车流协同优化混合整数线性规划模型。为适应车流波动,引入备选改编方案增加车流的可行时空路径,从而灵活调整开行列车的车流内容,以期实现动态车流在运行线上的合理分配。为解决大规模时空网络模型求解困难的问题,在协同优化模型的基础上进一步提出分阶段优化方法。基于路局级规模路网的案例结果表明,两种方法均能有效加速车流输送,提高运输服务质量,但分阶段优化方法的求解效率显著高于协同优化方法。For the problem of railway dynamic car flow organization of railway bureau-station integration,given the basic train graph and train formation plan,considering both the benefits of transportation enterprise and service quality,a mixed integer linear programming model of loaded and empty car flow coordinated organization was built based on continuous time-space network.In order to adapt to the fluctuation of car flow,alternative transit schemes were introduced to increase the feasible time-space path of car flow,so as to adjust the content of the car flow of running trains,and achieve a reasonable distribution of dynamic car flow on operation lines.In order to solve the difficulty of solving large-scale space-time network model,a phased optimization method was proposed based on the cooperative optimization model.The case results based on the railway bureau scale network show that both methods can effectively accelerate car flow transportation and improve transportation service quality,but the solution efficiency of the phased optimization method is significantly higher than that of the collaborative optimization method.
