大学生就业状况影响因素及策略探析——以甘肃省音乐类大学生为例

摘　　要：大学生就业是重要的民生问题,一头连着经济大势,一头连着千家万户。研究认为,与其他专业大学生相比,音乐类大学生的就业在自身层面、学校层面、社会层面的影响因素更加明显。在经济结构转型和疫情冲击下,促进音乐类大学生就业需要从唤醒大学生就业观、利用好实习环节、提高创新创业能力、优化职业选择、营造回乡就业环境等五个方面发力,提高音乐类大学生的就业率。Employment of college students is an important livelihood issue,which is linked to the economic trend at one end and thousands of households at the other.According to the research,compared with other professional college students,the employment of music majors has more significant influencing factors at their own level,school level,and social level.In the context of economic restructuring and the impact of the epidemic,promoting the employment of music college students requires efforts from five aspects:awakening the employment outlook of college students,making good use of internship links,improving innovation and entrepreneurship capabilities,optimizing career choices,and creating a return home employment environment to improve the employment rate of music college students.
