理中汤和白头翁汤对寒湿和湿热泄泻大鼠相关指标的影响

摘　　要：为研究理中汤和白头翁汤对寒湿和湿热泄泻大鼠的影响,采用番泻叶+寒湿、湿热环境建立寒湿泄泻和湿热泄泻大鼠模型,给予理中汤和白头翁汤进行治疗,检测大鼠腹泻指数,血常规,胸腺、脾脏指数,观察结肠、回肠病理组织变化。采用ELISA检测血清中白细胞介素6(interleukin-6,IL-6)、白细胞介素1β(interleukin-1β,IL-1β)、肿瘤坏死因子α(tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)含量。采用生化试剂盒检测血清中超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase, SOD)与丙二醛(malondialdehyde, MDA)含量。结果显示,理中汤和白头翁汤可分别改善寒湿和湿热泄泻大鼠腹泻指数,血常规,胸腺、脾脏指数,改善结肠、回肠病理组织损伤,降低血清中的IL-6、IL-1β和TNF-α含量,提高血清中SOD的含量,降低MDA的含量。表明理中汤和白头翁汤用于治疗寒湿和湿热泄泻具有显著效果,而理中汤对湿热泄泻、白头翁汤对寒湿泄泻无效果,提示临床应辨证用药。To study the effects of Lizhong Decoction and Baitouweng Decoction on cold dampness and damp heat diarrhea rats,the rat models of cold damp diarrhea and damp heat diarrhea were established in the environment of senna+cold damp and damp heat,and treated with Lizhong Decoction and Baitouweng Decoction.The diarrhea index,blood routine,thymus and spleen indexes of rats were detected,and the histopathological lesions of colon and ileum were observed.The contents of interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-1β(IL-1β)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in serum were detected by ELISA.The contents of superoxide dismutase(SOD)and malondialdehyde(MDA)in serum were detected by biochemical kit.The results showed that Lizhong Decoction and Baitouweng Decoction could improve the diarrhea index,blood routine,thymus and spleen indexes,improve the histopathological damages of colon and ileum,and reduce the contents of IL-6、IL-1βand TNF-αin serum,increase the content of SOD in serum and reduce the content of MDA.It shows that Lizhong Decoction and Baitouweng Decoction have significant effects in the treatment of cold dampness and damp heat diarrhea,while Lizhong Decoction has no effect on damp heat diarrhea and Baitouweng Decoction has no effect on cold dampness diarrhea,suggesting that clinical medication should be based on syndrome differentiation.
