摘  要:为了解畜禽及其产品供应链β溶血性链球菌的污染状况及药物敏感性,采集580份畜禽及其供应链产品进行β溶血性链球菌的分离培养、鉴定,最后用K-B纸片琼脂扩散法对β溶血性链球菌进行药敏试验。经全自动微生物鉴定仪生化鉴定,共分离鉴定出11株β溶血性链球菌,检出率1.89%。药敏试验结果显示,11株β溶血链球菌对青霉素、头孢唑啉、头孢拉丁、卡那霉素耐药率达70%以上,对头孢哌酮钠、氧氟沙星、强力霉素、头孢氨苄敏感率达90%以上,可为畜禽及其产品供应链β溶血性链球菌的防控提供参考。In order to understand the contamination status and drug sensitivity ofβ-hemolytic streptococci in the supply chain of livestock and poultry products,this study collected 580 samples of livestock and poultry and their supply chain products for the isolation,culture and identification ofβ-hemolytic streptococci,and finally K-B paper agar diffusion method was used to conduct drug susceptibility test onβ-hemolytic Streptococcus.After biochemical identification by the automatic microbial identification instrument,11 strains ofβ-hemolytic Streptococcus were isolated and identified,with a detection rate of 1.89%.The drug susceptibility test results showed that 11 strains ofβ-hemolytic Streptococcus had a resistance rate of more than 70%to penicillin,cefazolin,cephalosporin,and kanamycin,and the susceptibility rate to cefoperazone sodium,ofloxacin,doxycycline,and cephalexin up to more than 90%.The results of this study provide technical support for the prevention and control ofβ-hemolytic Streptococcus in livestock and poultry and their product supply chain.
