摘  要:外泌体作为一种胞外小囊泡,由不同细胞主动分泌。有证据表明外泌体能够参与并介导靶细胞的许多生理过程。外泌体中包含多种类型的microRNA(miRNA)、DNA和蛋白质,有助于细胞间信息的传递,能调节受体细胞相关基因的表达,还能影响靶细胞的功能。细胞损伤作为疾病发生的病理基础,其调节过程中有外泌体的参与,外泌体不仅能作用于细胞间信号通路,还能通过外泌体miRNA作用于靶向蛋白等对细胞损伤修复起到调节作用。对外泌体在细胞损伤中作用的研究进展进行总结,并对其在动物疾病中的应用进行了展望。As a kinds of small extracellular vesicle,exosomes are actively secreted by different cells.In recent years,there has been continuous evidence that exosomes can participate in and mediate many physiological processes of target cells.Exosomes contain many types of microRNA(miRNA),DNA and proteins,can facilitate the transfer of information between cells,regulates receptor cell-related gene expression and affects target cell function.As the pathological basis of disease,cell injury involves exosomes in its regulation,exosomes can not only act on intercellular signaling pathways,but also regulate cell damage and repair by acting on targeted proteins through exosome miRNAs.This paper summarizes the research progress on the role of exosomes in cell injury,and prospects its application in animal diseases.
