电针配合加味大承气散治疗马结肠结症

摘　　要：疝痛是兽医临床常见的疾病。报道一例发生在太原某马场的8岁产后哺乳期的母马,突然出现精神沉郁,拒食、不排便、刨地、起卧、皮肤出汗等疝痛症状。经谷道除积、穿刺放气,电针灸配合灌服加味大承气散等急救措施,缓解疼痛,治疗3 d后开始正常进食、排便,转危为安。马属动物结肠结症发病率高,病死率高,危害较大。采用中兽医方法对马结症病诊治能发挥良好的临床救治效果,报道如下以飨马兽医同道。Colic is a common disease in veterinary clinic.This article reported a case of postpartum lactating mare,8-year-old suffered colon sarcoidosis in a horse farm near Taiyuan city.She suddenly occurred a series of colic symptoms,such as depression,apastia,no-defecation,pawed at the ground,stood up and laid down,sweat.After emergency medical treatments of removed feces through rectal examination,punctured abdomen,electric acupuncture and oral administration with supplemented Dachengqisan,her colic symptoms were relieved.She began to eat and excrete defecate,got back to normal after three days treatments.The incidence and the mortality of equine colon sarcoidosis are high with the significant hazards.The diagnosis and treatment of the disease by Traditional Chinese Veterinary Medicine can play a good clinical effect.The report is aimed to share the method with the follows of equine veterinarians.
