摘  要:光动力治疗(photodynamic therapy,PDT)已被广泛用于癌症和各种非恶性疾病。光敏剂是PDT的关键要素之一,在被特定波长的光激发后,与氧发生反应,在靶组织中产生活性氧,选择性的杀伤细胞。当前大量具有光敏特性的天然化合物已被作为高效、低毒的光敏剂。通过对天然化合物型光敏剂和具有光敏剂作用的中药提取物依据其化学结构或来源进行分类及系统回顾,为PDT未来的研究方向提供理论依据。Photodynamic therapy(PDT)has been widely utilized to treat cancer and several non-malignant diseases.One of the essential components of PDT is the photosensitizer,which combines with oxygen after being activated by particular light wavelengths to form reactive oxygen species in the target tissue and kill cells in a targeted manner.Currently,a vast range of naturally occurring substances with photosensitizing qualities are used as effective and low-toxic photosensitizers.In this paper,natural compound photosensitizers and photosensitizer extracts of traditional Chinese medicine were classified and systematically reviewed according to their chemical structures or sources to provide theoretical basis for the future research direction of PDT.
