摘　　要：羊栖菜Sargassum fusiforme是一种生长在太平洋西北部的暖温带至亚热带性藻类植物,用于消痰软坚散结、利水消肿。因其具有多样的药用价值和丰富的营养价值而广受关注,长期研究证据表明羊栖菜在抗阿尔茨海默病、抗抑郁、抗氧化、抗衰老、降血糖、调节肠道菌群、抗肿瘤、抗病毒、抗菌、抗炎、抗凝血等方面均表现出显著的药理活性。对羊栖菜化学成分及其药理作用的前沿研究进行综述,为羊栖菜药理活性物质的合理开发与综合利用提供参考。Sargassum fusiforme is a warm-temperate to subtropical algae that grows in the Pacific Northwest.It has the effects of dispelling phlegm,softening hardness and dissipating mass,inducing diuresis and dispersing swelling.Researchers paid wide attention to S.fusiforme for its diverse medicinal value and rich nutritional value.Researches showed that S.fusiforme has multiple pharmacological activities,such as anti-Alzheimer’s disease,anti-depressant,anti-oxidant,anti-aging,hypoglycemic,gut microbiota modulation,anti-tumor,anti-viral,anti-bacterial,anti-inflammatory,anti-coagulation and so on.This paper reviewed the latest researches on the chemical constituents and pharmacological activities of S.fusiforme to provide a reference for the rational development and comprehensive usages of its pharmacological active substances.
