摘　　要：黄河三角洲面积约5 400 km^(2),其中96%的面积在东营市境内。目前区内拥有盐碱化等未利用土地近53万hm^(2),仅东营市22万hm^(2)耕地中盐碱耕地面积就达到13万hm^(2),盐碱地的农业开发潜力巨大。研究黄河三角洲如何充分利用雨水资源、科学利用黄河水资源,推进引黄灌区发展改良盐碱地,不仅可以大幅度提高粮食和农产品产能,而且能够有效改善生态环境质量,有利于推动黄河流域生态保护和高质量发展。The Yellow River Delta covers an area of 5,400 km^(2),96%of which is in Dongying Municipality.At present,there are nearly 530 thousand hm^(2) of unused saline-alkali land in Dongying.Among the 220 thousand hm^(2) of cultivated land,the area of saline-alkali land reaches 130 thousand hm^(2).The saline-alkali land has great potential for agricultural development.The actions to study how to make full use of rainwater resources,utilize water resources of the Yellow River Delta scientifically,and promote the development and improvement of saline-alkali land in the irrigated areas of the Yellow River,can not only greatly improve the productivity of grain and agricultural products,but also effectively improve the quality of ecological environment,which is conducive to the ecological protection and high-quality development of the Yellow River Basin.
