摘　　要：目的 了解河南省结核病实验室人员检测技能水平,为加强实验室能力建设提供依据。方法 2021年10月采用理论和操作考核评估参赛人员检测技能水平,并用t检验、单因素方差分析、χ^(2)检验、Mann-Whitney U检验、KruskalWallis检验和多元线性回归研究考核成绩的影响因素。结果 各参赛单位操作考核优于理论考核成绩,差异有统计学意义(t=-6.929,P<0.05)。74名参赛人员理论考核成绩平均为(59.16±13.59)分,对不同知识点掌握情况存在差异,其中痰涂片染色镜检部分平均得分率最高,为70.21%(13.34/19);分子生物学部分平均得分率最低,仅为49.84%(9.47/19)。操作考核中阅片成绩平均为(64.08±15.05)分,显微镜操作成绩平均为(16.01±3.80)分。影响因素分析显示,不同学历、工作年限、职称、单位级别(P均<0.05)对理论考核成绩产生影响,对显微镜操作成绩产生的影响无统计学意义。结论 竞赛参赛人员的理论知识储备不足,痰涂片镜检基础检测能力弱化,应针对性地加强培训与质量控制,稳定人才队伍,提升检测技能水平。Objective To understand the level of technical skills among tuberculosis laboratory staff in Henan province,and provide the evidence for strengthening laboratory capacity building.Methods Theoretical and operational examinations were used to evaluate the technical skills of the participants.T-test,one-way analysis of variance,χ^(2)test,Mann-Whitney U test,Kruskal-Wallis test and multiple linear regression were used to analyze the influencing factors of the test scores in October,2021.Results The performance of the operation test was better than that of the theory test,and the difference was statistically significant(t=-6.929,P<0.05).The average score of the 74 participants in the theoretical test was(59.16±13.59),and there were differences in the mastery of dfferent knowledge points.The part of sputum smear staining and microscopic examination had the highest proportion of correct answers,which was 70.21%(13.34/19),and the part of molecular biology had the lowest proportion of correct answers,which was only 49.84%(9.47/19).The scores of smear reading and microscope operation were(64.08±15.05)and(16.01±3.80),respectively.The analysis of influencing factors showed that there were statistically significant differences of the theoretical test scores among different regions,ages,educational backgrounds,professional titles and working years(P<0.05),and there were differences of the microscopic operation scores among different majors,ages,educational backgrounds and working years(P<0.05).Conclusions The theoretical knowledge reserve of the participants in this competition is insufficient,and the basic ability of sputum smear microscopic examination is weakened.It is necessary to strengthen the training and quality control,stabilize the talent team,and improve the testing skills.
