摘  要:心电图仪是诊疗活动中使用频率较高的低度危险性物品之一,患者在心电图检查期间,肢体导联夹和胸导联皮球需要与患者的皮肤紧密接触,易被受检者皮肤上所携带的病原菌所污染。而高频率接触患者的仪器表面是医疗机构内潜在的病原体储存库,可通过接触的方式直接或间接导致院内感染的发生。心电图仪导联因为不与患者的粘膜或血液进行接触,易被误认为没有传播病原体的风险而不被重视。本文就心电图仪导联污染状况、污染的病原体种类及消毒方法进行综述,旨在增强医护人员清洁消毒及感染防控意识,为卫生管理部门和医院制定相关技术规范提供参考。Electrocardiograph(ECG)is one of the low-risk medical items used frequently in diagnosis and treatment.The limb leads and chest leads of ECG are contacted with patients'skin,which can be susceptible to be contaminated by pathogens carried on patients'skin.The high-frequent contact object surface is a potential reservoir of pathogens that can lead to nosocomial infection directly or indirectly by contacting.ECG leads have been thought by mistaken to pose no risk for transmission of infectious agents which are usually ignored because they are not directly in contact with patient's mucosa or blood.This paper reviews contamination,pathogen species and disinfection methods of ECG leads aims at improving the awareness of cleaning,disinfection and hospital infection prevention among medical stuff,as well as providing the reference for health manage department and hospitals to make technical regulation.
