摘　　要：患者女,26岁,面部白斑4年余。患者4年前自觉下颌出现白斑,未予重视,同时伴头痛和发热,10 d后出现视力下降和视物异常,当时诊断为“眼葡萄膜炎”和“视网膜脱落”。1个月前自觉白斑扩散到额头和双侧面颊。皮肤科情况:面部弥漫分布的色素减退斑,Wood灯下可见荧光增强,界限清楚。诊断为白癜风,结合病史,最终诊断:Vogt-小柳-原田综合征。A 26-year-old female presented with white patch on her face for 4 years.Four years ago,the patient felt white spots on the lower jaw,accompanied by headache and fever,which was not paid attention to.She developed decreased visual acuity and was diagnosed as uveitis and retinal detachmen 10 days later.One month ago,white patch was aggravating on her forehead and cheeks.Dermatological examination revealed diffuse depigmentation on her face with fluorescence enhancement under Wood's lamp.She was consistent with the diagnosis of Vogt-Koyanagi-Harada syndrome.
