摘 要:随着固态器件的普及,固态发射机逐步在高功率微波发射领域全面替代真空管发射机。文章以固态发射机为研究对象,介绍了其系统组成和考机过程;分析了固态发射机在考机过程中的各类风险类型,并设计了针对这些风险的紧急故障处理方法。另外,文章以考机过程中涉及的考机指标为对象,介绍了一种用于考机风险识别的门限设计和计算方式,该方式可在避免虚警与有效保护之间得到平衡。以一台固态发射机为例,介绍了该固态发射机老练考机系统的设计使用方法。经验证,该方法可有效降低考机风险与人力成本,提高老练考机效率。With the popularity of solid-state devices,solid-state transmitters gradually replace vacuum tube transmitters in the field of high-power microwave transmission.This paper takes the solid-state transmitter as the research object,firstly,introduces its system composition and burn-in process,analyzes several risk types of the solid-state transmitter in burn-in process,and designs emergency fault treatment methods for these risks.Then this paper analyzes the selection and calculation methods of the burn-in indicators involved in the test proces.Threshold design and calculation method for burn-in riskidentification is introduced.This methodcan be balanced between avoiding false alarm and effective protection.Finally,taking a solid-state transmitter as an example,the design and application method ofthe solid-state transmitter burn-in system is introduced.It is proved that this method can effectively reduce the risk and labor cost of burn-in progress and improve the efficiency of brun-in system.
