摘 要:更低的水灰比和更高的成型振动荷载是提高干硬性混凝土路缘石性能的重要手段,文中研究了不同成型振动荷载激励条件下超低水灰比干硬性混凝土路缘石的性能。结果表明在水灰比为0.18条件下,成型振动荷载为15MPa,可以使干硬性混凝土路缘石的力学性能、吸水率和抗冻性达到最佳。过低的水胶比对路缘石力成型合格率、力学性能、吸水率和耐久性的改善作用相对有限,过高的成型振动荷载会造成浆体外溢,降低路缘石的力学性能和耐久性。文中为干硬性路缘石的开发生产提供了技术参考。Low water-cement ratio and higher forming vibration load are important means to improve the compre⁃hensive performance of dry and hard concrete kerbs.This paper studies the performance of ultra-low water-cement ratio dry and hard concrete kerbs under different forming vibration load excitation conditions.The results show that the mechanical properties,water absorption,and the frost resistance reach the best when the water cement ratio is 0.18 and the forming vibration load is 15MPa.Low water-binder ratio has relatively limited effectiveness on the im⁃provement of the mechanical forming qualification rate,mechanical properties,water absorption,and durability of curbstone.High forming vibration load causes slurry overflow and reduces the mechanical properties and durability of curbstone.This paper may provide the reference for the development of dry and hard curbs.
