摘  要:在实际工程中,盾构的直径往往根据工程实际需要难以得到统一,而盾构直径的变化对既有隧道的影响评价与防控措施的影响也十分明显。文中在结合相关研究内容的基础上,并参考穿越工程中既有隧道控制指标,初步建立了不同直径盾构穿越对既有地铁隧道影响等级划分和评价标准,结合既有隧道结构安全状况与控制指标给出了盾构直径、相对净距、穿越角度、既有隧道结构现状、盾构穿越位置等方面的建议。结合穿越施工标准化流程,给出了前评估与前加固、穿越过程施工控制、施工监测、后加固等方面的对策建议,为穿越工程影响评价与防控措施选择提供一定参考。In practical engineering,the diameter of the shield is often difficult to be unified according to the actual needs of the project,and the impact of the change of the shield diameter on the existing tunnel impact evaluation and prevention and control measures is also very obvious.Based on the relevant studies of the control indexes of existing tunnels in crossing engineering,this paper preliminarily established the classification and evaluation criteria of the influence of shield crossing with different diameters on existing subway tunnels.Combined with the safety condition and control index of the existing tunnel structure,the shield diameter,the relative clear distance,the crossing angle,the current situation of the existing tunnel structure,and the shield crossing position are given.Combined with the standardization process of crossing construction,countermeasures and suggestions on pre-assessment and pre-rein⁃forcement,crossing process construction control,construction monitoring,and post-reinforcement are proposed,which may provide the reference for similar projects.
