摘　　要：花球啦啦操是啦啦操众多项目中最具特色和影响力的项目之一。36手位是花球啦啦操的独特体现,更是其动作核心和动作基础。根据方向、结构、形式的不同,基本手位动作种类十分多样。如今,啦啦操手位已由以往的32手位发展为36手位。要想保证啦啦操成套动作顺利完成,就必须熟练掌握基本手位动作。啦啦操不仅成为各大运动赛事中一道亮丽的风景线,也已经成为一项独立的竞技体育项目,在我国小、初、高以及各高校都得到了发展和推广。但大多人对花球啦啦操基础技术动作掌握不多。该文从相关理论与实践出发,对我国啦啦操36基本手位教学与训练开展现状进行研究,再对36手位教学与训练提供更好的策略和建议。旨在为改善啦啦操教学与训练,让喜爱啦啦操的人更好地学习和认识、重视规范啦啦操36基本技术动作。Pom cheerleading is one of the most characteristic and influential cheerleading events.36 hand positions are the unique embodiment of pom cheerleading,and it is also the core and basis of its elements.According to the different directions,structures and forms,the type of basic hand position movements is very diverse.Now,the hand position of cheerleader has developed from 32 hand positions into 36 hand positions.If we want to ensure the successful completion of the cheerleading set,we must be proficient in basic hand position movements.Nowadays,cheerleading has not only become a beautiful scenery in major sports events,but also been an independent competitive sports event,which has been developed and promoted in China's primary schools,junior schools,high schools,colleges and universities and various industries,and has become a popular sports event.But most people don't have much mastery of the basic technical elements of pom cheerleading.Starting from the relevant theory and practice,this paper studies the development status of the teaching and training of 36 basic hand positions of cheerleading in China,and then provides better strategies and suggestions for the teaching and training of 36 hand positions,aiming to improve the teaching and training of cheerleading,make people who love cheerleading better learn and understand,and attach importance to standardizing 36 basic technical elements of cheerleading.
