摘 要:近年来,随着军事训练强度逐渐加大,军事训练伤的发生率不可避免地提高,特别是刚入伍的新兵军事训练伤发生率提高更为明显。目前关于军事训练伤风险筛查的研究较多,但是关于大规模筛查新兵军事训练伤的工具研究尚处于空白。该文主要围绕新兵军事训练伤的防治现状,对军事训练伤定义、损伤类型、原因及防治措施进行综述,并对国内外军事训练伤常用筛查工具进行研究分析,加以借鉴,旨在建立出既符合部队新兵训练伤的筛查需求,又简便、有效的筛查工具。Recently,with the gradual increase of the military training intensity,the incidence of military training injuries has inevitably increased,especially concentrating in the new recruits.At present,there are many studies on the risk screening of military training injuries(MTI),but the research on large-scale screening tools for military training injuries of recruits is still blank.This paper mainly focuses on the current situation of the prevention and treatment of military training injuries of recruits,reviews the definition,injury types,causes and prevention and treatment measures of military training injuries,and studies and analyzes common screening tools for military training injuries at home and abroad,and draws on them,aiming to establish a screening tool that meets the screening needs of military recruits' training injuries and is simple and effective.
