摘　　要：为提高我国花样跳绳运动教学质量和训练水平,该文采用文献资料法、经验总结法、逻辑分析法、信息研究方法,提出花样跳绳教学与训练方法。该文通过花样跳绳开展前期准备、场地、服装、器具的选择,教练员应注重学员兴趣和基础的培养,以及巧妙将语言讲解法和动作分解法结合教学,开展分段教学以满足不同的学员水平要求。训练应遵循区别对待原则、适宜负荷原则、循序渐进原则,从体能、动作技术、心理以及恢复训练方面展开训练。In order to improve the teaching quality and training level of fancy rope skipping in China,this paper adopts the literature method,experiential summary method,logic analysis method and information research method to put forward methods of the teaching and training of fancy rope skipping.In this paper,the preliminary preparation work of fancy rope skipping is carried out,such as the selection of venue,clothing and equipment,and coaches should pay attention to the cultivation of students' interests and foundations,teach by skillfully combining the language explanation method and action decomposition method,and carry out segmented teaching to meet the requirements of different students' levels.The training should follow the principle of different treatment,the principle of appropriate load,and the principle of gradual progress,and be carried out from the aspects of physical ability,movement techniques,psychology and recovery training.
