公共体育设施数字化升级对居民体育锻炼的影响与路径研究

摘　　要：在信息技术快速更迭和美好生活需求不断升级的大背景下,国家相关政策提出要加快体育数字化建设,促进体育设施、体育场馆等体育产业数字化转型,进一步提高居民锻炼热情和提升居民健身效果,不断推进全民健身和体育强国建设的高质量发展。该文主要利用文献资料、逻辑推理等研究方法,全面了解国内公共体育设施数字化升级的现状,分析公共体育设施数字化升级对居民体育锻炼的积极影响,以及未来公共体育设施数字化升级的发展路径。研究结果证实了公共体育设施数字化升级的重要作用,并提出未来公共体育设施数字化改造的思路方向和建议,即加强政策支持和资金投入,合理规划增加供给,打造团队增加专业指导,加大数据安全保障。In the context of rapid changes of information technology and the upgrading demand for a better life,relevant national policies propose to accelerate the digital construction of sports,promote the digital transformation of sports facilities,sports venues and other sports industries,further increase residents'enthusiasm for exercise and enhance their fitness effect,and continuously promote the higher-quality development of national fitness and the construction of a sports power.This paper mainly uses the literature method,logical reasoning method and other research methods to comprehensively understand the status of digital upgrading of domestic public sports facilities,and analyze the positive impact of digital upgrading of public sports facilities on residents'physical exercise and the development path of digital upgrading of public sports facilities in the future.Research results confirm the important role of digital upgrading of public sports facilities,and the idea direction and suggestions for digital transformation of public sports facilities in the future are put forward,that is,strengthening policy support and financial investment,reasonably planning to increase supply,building teams to increase professional guidance,and increasing data security guarantees.
