摘  要:结合高校体育竞赛的内容和特点以及指标选择和模型建构的特殊要求,通过社会影响力理论研究获得由层级构成法(AHP)形成的影响力评价模型。在指标的经验预选中,根据产生条件维和结果呈现出2个维度,初步提出资源力、发展力、传播力3个一级指标,管理机构、规章制度、建设发展、竞技实力、社会传播5个二级指标,学校体育工作管理机构、校高水平运动队管理机构等23个三级指标。运用德尔菲法进行指标的筛选和修正,经过两轮指标筛选,确定了三级指标体系。采用评价指标体系权重赋值的AHP模型确定各指标权重;并对各项指标进行无量纲处理,使其量纲、表现形式以及与总目标的作用趋向彼此不同的指标之间具有可比性,采用加权和模糊隶属度函数构建区域高校体育竞赛社会影响力测度模型。研究建议将资源力、发展力和传播力作为队伍建设和品牌打造的核心内容,将学校基础资源、队伍建设、经费保障、竞赛实力和社会传播作为发展整体进行思考。Combined with the content and features of college sports competitions and the special requirements of index selection and model construction,the influence evaluation model formed by the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is obtained through the study of social influence theory.In the empirical preselection of indicators,according to production conditions,peacekeeping results are presented into two dimensions,and this paper firstly proposes three first-level indicators of resource power,development power and communication power,five second-level indicators of management institutions,rules and regulations,construction and development,competitive strength and social transmission,and 23 third-level indicators such as school sports management institutions and school high-level sports team management agencies.The Delphi method is used to screen and adjust indicators,and after two rounds of index screening,a three-level index system is determined.The AHP model assigned by the weight of the evaluation index system is used to determine the weight of each index,dimensionless treatment is carried out on each indicator,so that its dimensions,manifestation forms and indicators that tend to function differently from the overall goal are comparable,and the weighted and fuzzy membership functions are used to construct the measure model of social influence of regional college sports competitions.The study suggests that resource power,development power and communication power should be regarded as the core content of team building and brand building,and school basic resources,team construction,funding guarantee,competition strength and social communication should be considered as the development whole.
