摘 要:目的:探讨氯沙坦结合贝那普利治疗肾实质性高血压的临床效果。方法:选取2018年3月—2021年8月盐田河镇卫生院收治的66例肾实质性高血压患者为研究对象,根据随机抽签法分为普通组和结合组,各33例。普通组采用贝那普利治疗,结合组在普通组基础上加用氯沙坦治疗。比较两组血压水平、肾功能指标、治疗效果。结果:用药前,两组舒张压、收缩压水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);用药后,两组舒张压、收缩压水平均低于用药前,且结合组低于普通组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。用药前,两组肌酐、24 h尿蛋白水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);用药后,两组肌酐、24 h尿蛋白水平均低于用药前,且结合组低于普通组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结合组治疗总有效率高于普通组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.012 0)。结论:氯沙坦结合贝那普利治疗肾实质性高血压,能达到显著的控制血压效果,减轻肾实质损伤。Objective:To investigate the effect clinical of losartan combined with benazepril in the treatment of renal parenchymal hypertension.Methods:A total of 66 patients with renal parenchymal hypertension admitted to Yantianhe Town Health Center from March 2018 to August 2021 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into general group and combined group according to random lot method,with 33 cases in each group.The general group was treated with benazepril and the combined group was additionally treated with losartan on the basis of general group.The blood pressure levels,renal function index,and treatment effect in two groups were compared.Results:Before drug treatment,there was no significant difference in diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure levels between the two groups(P>0.05).After drug treatment,the diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure levels in the two groups were lower than those before drug treatment,and the combined group was lower than the general group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before drug treatment,there was no significant difference in the levels of creatinine and 24-h urine protein between the two groups(P>0.05).After drug treatment,the creatinine and 24-h urine protein levels in the two groups were lower than those before drug treatment,and the combined group was lower than that the general group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the combined group was higher than that in the general group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.0120).Conclusion:The losartan combined with benazepril in the treatment of renal parenchymal hypertension can significantly control blood pressure and reduce renal parenchymal damage.
