游走罐联合艾灸治疗背部冷痛的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的:分析背部冷痛患者实施游走罐联合艾灸治疗的临床效果。方法:选取2018年7月—2020年7月北京市海淀区西三旗社区卫生服务中心收治的40例背部冷痛患者作为研究对象,按入院先后顺序分为比对组和试验组,各20例。比对组采用艾灸治疗,试验组采用游走罐联合艾灸治疗,对比两组治疗效果、疼痛及复发情况。结果:试验组治疗总有效率高于比对组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000 2)。治疗前,两组疼痛评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P=0.957 9);治疗后,试验组疼痛评分低于比对组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.008 8)。试验组复发率低于比对组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.008 0)。结论:采用游走罐联合艾灸治疗背部冷痛,临床疗效确切,可以缓解患者背部疼痛,降低疾病复发率。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of moving cupping combined with moxa-wool moxibustion in the treatment of patients with cold back pain.Methods:A total of 40 patients with cold back pain treated in Beijing Haidian District Xisanqi Community Health Service Center from July 2018 to July 2020 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into experimental group and comparison group according to the order of admission,with 20 cases in each group.The comparison group was treated with moxa-wool moxibustion alone and the experimental group was treated with moving cupping combined with moxawool moxibustion.The treatment effect,pain and recurrence in two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate in the experimental group was higher than that in the comparison group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.000 2).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the pain scores between the two groups(P=0.957 9).After treatment,the pain score in the experimental group was lower than that in the comparison group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.008 8).The recurrence rate in the experimental group was lower than that in the comparison group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.008 0).Conclusion:The use of moving cupping combined with moxa-wool moxibustion in the treatment of cold back pain has definite clinical efficacy.It can relieve back pain of patients and reduce the disease recurrence rate.
