中医防治社区老年居民颈肩腰腿痛的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析中医防治社区老年居民颈肩腰腿痛的效果。方法:选取2021年6月—2022年6月北京市昌平区回龙观社区卫生服务中心收治的258例老年颈肩腰腿痛患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各129例。对照组采用西药治疗及常规防治措施,观察组采用中医防治措施。比较两组治疗效果、疼痛程度及治疗1个月后的复发率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。干预前,两组疼痛评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组疼痛评分均低于干预前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.014)。结论:中医防治社区老年居民颈肩腰腿痛的效果显著,可有效缓解患者疼痛,降低复发率。Objective:To analyze the effect of traditional Chinese medicine in prevention and treatment of neck,shoulder,waist and leg pain in elderly residents in community.Methods:A total of 258 elderly patients with neck,shoulder,waist and leg pain in Huilongguan Community Health Service Center of Changping District of Beijing from June 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 129 cases in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine and conventional prevention and treatment measures,and the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine prevention and treatment measures.Treatment effect,pain degree,and the recurrence rate after 1 month of treatment in two groups were compared.Results:The overall response rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Before the intervention,there was no significant difference in pain scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention,the pain scores in two groups were lower than those before the intervention,and the observation group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.014).Conclusion:The effect of traditional Chinese medicine is significant in prevention and treatment of neck,shoulder,waist and leg pain in elderly residents in community,which can effectively relieve pain of patients and reduce recurrence rate.
