自拟中药汤剂联合手指点穴治疗老年帕金森患者便秘的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析自拟中药汤剂联合手指点穴治疗老年帕金森患者便秘的临床效果。方法:选取2019年12月—2021年11月南京中医药大学附属镇江医院收治的56例老年帕金森便秘患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各28例。对照组给予乳果糖口服液治疗,观察组给予自拟中药汤剂联合手指点穴治疗,对比两组治疗效果、症状积分、心理状态、睡眠质量和生活质量。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.021)。治疗后,两组排便间隔时间、排便速度、排便难度、粪质评分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000);两组密尔顿焦虑量表、汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000);两组匹兹堡睡眠质量指数、便秘患者生活质量量表评分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000)。结论:自拟中药汤剂联合手指点穴治疗老年帕金森患者便秘,可显著提高治疗效果,改善临床症状和负面情绪,提高睡眠和生活质量。Objective:To analyze clinical effect of self-made traditional Chinese medicine decoction combined with finger acupuncture in treatment of constipation in elderly patients with Parkinson's disease.Methods:A total of 56 elderly patients with Parkinson's disease and constipation admitted to Zhenjiang Hospital Affiliated to Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine from December 2019 to November 2021 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 28 cases in each group.The control group was treated with lactulose oral solution and the observation group was treated with self-made traditional Chinese medicine decoction combined with finger acupuncture.The treatment effect,symptom score,psychological state,sleep quality and quality of life in the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.021).After treatment,the defecation interval,defecation speed,defecation difficulty,and fecal quality scores in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.000).The Hamilton Anxiety Scale and Hamilton Depression Scale scores in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.000).The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index and Patient Assessment of Constipation Quality of Life Table scores in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.000).Conclusion:Self-made traditional Chinese medicine decoction combined with finger acupuncture in the treatment of constipation in elderly patients with Parkinson's disease can significantly improve the treatment effect,a
