摘　　要：目的:分析北京市老年人健康体检中尿常规异常情况。方法:选取2021年2月—2022年5月在东城区社区卫生服务管理中心行常规健康体检且进行尿常规检查的2 000例老年人作为研究对象。观察尿常规异常情况,并分析尿常规异常患者中慢性疾病的分布情况。结果:2 000例进行尿常规检查的老年人中,尿微量蛋白、尿白细胞、尿隐血、尿蛋白、尿葡萄糖水平异常均有一定的检出率,且多数尿常规异常患者伴随高血压或糖尿病等常见慢性疾病。结论:老年人健康体检中开展尿常规检查,可以较为直观地反映老年人的健康水平,对于隐性疾病的早期诊断有重要意义。Objective:To analyze the urine routine abnormality of the elderly in Beijing during physical examination.Methods:A total of 2000 elderly people who underwent routine physical examination and urine routine test in Dongcheng District Community Health Service Management Center between February 2021 and May 2022 were selected as the study subjects.The urine routine abnormality was observed.The distribution of chronic disease in patients with urine routine abnormality was analyzed.Results:Among the 2000 elderly people who received urine routine test,there were certain detection rates in abnormal indicators such as urine trace protein,urine leucocyte,urine occult blood,urine protein and urine glucose.Most of the patients with urine routine abnormality had common chronic diseases,including hypertension and diabetes.Conclusion:In the physical examination for the elderly,urine routine test can directly reflect the health level of the elderly,and is of great significance for the early diagnosis of hidden diseases.
