功能锻炼康复护理在四肢骨折患者中的应用价值分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨四肢骨折患者采用功能锻炼康复护理的应用效果。方法:选取2020年3月—2021年3月贵州航天医院收治的86例四肢骨折患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分成观察组与对照组,各43例。对照组采用常规康复护理干预,观察组采用功能锻炼康复护理干预,比较两组治疗依从性、疼痛程度、日常生活能力及生活质量。结果:观察组治疗依从性高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.035)。干预前,两组视觉模拟评分法(VAS)、日常生活自理能力评定表(ADL)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组VAS评分低于干预前,ADL评分高于干预前,且观察组VAS评分低于对照组,ADL评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,两组躯体、心理、物质、社会功能评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组躯体、心理、物质、社会功能评分均高于干预前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:功能锻炼康复护理应用于四肢骨折患者干预中,可减轻患者疼痛感,提高其治疗依从性、日常生活能力及生活质量。Objective:To explore the application effect of functional exercise rehabilitation nursing in patients with limb fractures.Methods:A total of 86 patients with limb fractures who were admitted to Guizhou Aerospace Hospital from March 2020 to March 2021 were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group used routine rehabilitation nursing intervention,and the observation group used functional exercise rehabilitation nursing intervention.The treatment compliance,pain degree,daily living ability and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:The treatment compliance in the observation group was higher than that in the control group and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.035).Before the intervention,there was no significant difference between the two groups in the scores of visual analogue scale(VAS)and activities of daily living scale(ADL)(P>0.05).After the intervention,the VAS score in the two groups was lower than that before the intervention,the ADL score in the two groups was higher than that before the intervention;the VAS score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the ADL score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before the intervention,there were no significant differences in physical,psychological,material and social function scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention,the physical,psychological,material and social function scores in the two groups were higher than those before the intervention,and the observation group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of functional exercise rehabilitation nursing in the intervention of patients with limb fractures can relieve pain,improve treatment compliance,daily living ability and qu
