综合护理在驱白巴布期片联合他克莫司软膏治疗白癜风患者中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析白癜风患者在驱白巴布期片联合他克莫司软膏治疗中应用综合护理的效果。方法:选取2020年1月—2021年7月宝应县皮肤病防治院收治的80例白癜风患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各40例。对照组采取常规护理干预,观察组采取综合护理干预。比较两组心理状态、治疗效果、不良反应发生情况、生活质量。结果:护理前,两组敌对、焦虑、抑郁、偏执、精神病性、躯体化、强迫症、人际关系敏感评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组敌对、焦虑、抑郁、偏执、精神病性、躯体化、强迫症、人际关系敏感评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000)。观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.012)。观察组不良反应总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.005)。护理前,两组生理功能、心理功能、躯体疼痛、精神健康评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组生理功能、心理功能、躯体疼痛、精神健康评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000)。结论:白癜风疾病患者在使用驱白巴布期片与他克莫司软膏治疗过程中,联合综合护理干预,有利于保证治疗安全性,改善患者心理状态,提升生活质量与治疗效果。Objective:To analyze the application effect of comprehensive nursing in Qubai Babuqi Tablets combined with Tacrolimus Ointment treatment of vitiligo patients.Methods:A total of 80 patients with vitiligo in Baoying County Dermatology Prevention and Treatment Hospital from January 2020 to July 2021 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional nursing intervention and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing.The psychological state,treatment effect,occurrence of adverse reactions and quality of life in the two groups were compared.Results:Before nursing,there were no significant differences between the two groups in the scores of hostility,anxiety,depression,paranoia,psychosis,somatization,obsessive-compulsive disorder and interpersonal sensitivity(P>0.05).After nursing,the scores of hostility,anxiety,depression,paranoia,psychosis,somatization,obsessive-compulsive disorder and interpersonal sensitivity in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P=0.000).The overall effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.012).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.005).Before nursing,there were no significant differences in physiological function,psychological function,somatic pain and mental health scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the physiological function,psychological function,somatic pain and mental health scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P=0.000).Conclusion:In Qubai Babuqi Tablets combined with Tacrolimus Ointment treatment of vitiligo patients,the
