摘 要:为研究双卧轴搅拌机转速对搅拌均匀性的影响,文章利用相似理论建立了双卧轴搅拌机模型,并计算了双卧轴搅拌机的极限转速;考虑极限转速大小,设计了基于EDEM软件的5种不同双卧轴搅拌机转速的仿真方案,并对不同仿真方案的仿真结果进行了对比分析。结果显示:转速不同,双卧轴搅拌机搅拌均匀性不同,选择合理的转速可提高搅拌均匀性38.3%;双卧轴搅拌机转速逐渐增大时,搅拌均匀性变化趋势为:先快速变好,后缓慢变差,最后保持稳定;双卧轴搅拌机合理转速取值范围为60 r/min~70 r/min。In order to study the influence of the rotation speed of the double horizontal shaft mixer on the mixing uniformity,a model of the double horizontal shaft mixer was established using the similarity theory,and the limit rotation speed of the double horizontal shaft mixer was calculated;Based on the EDEM software and considering the limit speed,five different simulation schemes of double horizontal shaft mixer speed were designed,and the simulation results of different simulation schemes were compared and analyzed.The analysis results show that:the rotation speed is different,the mixing uniformity of the double horizontal shaft mixer is different,and choosing a reasonable rotation speed can improve the mixing uniformity by 38.3%;When the rotating speed of the double-horizontal shaft mixer is gradually increased,the change trend of the mixing uniformity is:first quickly becomes better,then slowly becomes worse,and finally remains stable.The range of reasonable rotation speed of the double horizontal shaft mixer is 60~70r/min.
