钢壳沉管隧道混凝土施工工艺足尺模型试验研究

摘  要:文章通过足尺模型试验,以顶面开盖观测缺陷的方式,研究了自密实混凝土工作性能及其浇筑速度、排气孔布设方式对钢壳沉管隧道仓隔浇筑质量的影响。结果表明,为保障仓隔内混凝土浇筑密实、缺陷可控,自密实混凝土坍落扩展度应控制在(670±50) mm,钢壳顶面排气孔数量应不少于10个,且应在靠近两侧T肋部位重点留设,自密实混凝土浇筑至距离顶板最后20 cm时,浇筑速度应控制在15 m3/h以内。Through the full-scale model test,the effect of the Self-Compacting Concrete(SCC) workability,the casting speed and the arrangement of vent holes on the casting quality of the steel shell immersed tunnel were investigated.The results show that in order to ensure the compactness of SCC in the compartment and the controllability of the defects,the slump spread of SCC should be controlled within the range of(670±50) mm and the number of vent holes on the top of the steel shell should be no less than 10 and should be located close to the T ribs on both sides.Finally,when SCC is poured to the last 20 cm from the top,the casting speed should be controlled within 15m3/h.
