摘 要:我国每年产生大量的钢铁冶金尘泥,冶金尘泥中除含有较高的Fe、C、Zn、Pb等元素外,还富集了In、Sn等高附加值的稀散金属元素,是宝贵的有价资源。处理冶金尘泥不仅要避免环境污染问题,还要兼顾资源回收利用。采用单一的处理工艺,无法实现冶金尘泥全量资源化回收利用,故寻求一种新的处理工艺势在必行。文中分析了钢铁冶金尘泥的化学成分,阐述了传统钢铁冶金尘泥处理工艺的技术原理及应用现状,对不同处理工艺利用的尘泥特性与工艺优势进行比较,采用火法—湿法联合回收工艺,实现了冶金尘泥的无害化处理与资源高效回收利用。In China,the steel industry produces a large amount of metallurgical dust and sludge every year.Except for the basic elements including Fe,C,Zn and Pb,metallurgical dust and sludge as precious resources also contain high additional value rare metal elements,such as In and Sn.The treatment of metallurgical dust and sludge should not only highlight environmental protection but also take resource recovery and utilization into consideration.It is impossible for a single treatment process to achieve the full resource recovery and utilization of metallurgical dust and sludge,so a new solution is vitally needed.This paper introduces the composition of metallurgical dust and sludge,analyzes the technical principle and application status of traditional metallurgical dust and sludge treatment processes,and compares the characteristics and technological advantages of different treatment processes.Eventually,a combined process with hydrometallurgy and pyrometallurgy is used to realize the harmless treatment and resource utilization of metallurgical dust and sludge.
