摘　　要：目的 :研究浙江地区医学专业汉族大学生指长比与体能测试成绩之间的关系,了解浙江地区医学专业汉族大学生的体能现状,并为推测指长比与各项身体素质的关系提供一定的参考。方法 :在知情同意的条件下,随机选取丽水学院医学类专业628例汉族身体健康的大学生为研究对象,用直接测量法获取双手指长(2D~5D)计算指长比,分析指长比与各体能测试项目成绩的关系。结果 :浙江地区医学专业汉族大学生各体能测试成绩中优秀率较低,近半数以上表现在及格与不及格线;男、女生左手2D∶3D、2D∶4D、3D∶4D和右手的2D∶3D、2D∶4D存在性别差异;男性左手2D∶4D与坐位体前屈、引体向上呈正相关性;女性左手2D∶4D与50 m短跑成绩呈负相关性。结论 :浙江地区医学专业汉族大学生2D∶4D指长比与部分体能项目测试成绩有一定相关性,可作为进一步研究指长比与各项身体素质的关系提供参考依据。Objective:To study the relationship between finger length ratio and physical fitness test scores and to understand the physical fitness status of Han college students majoring in medicine in Zhejiang,and to provide some reference for inferring the relationship between finger length ratio and various physical qualities.Methods:Under the condition of informed consent,628 healthy Han nationality medical students from Lishui University were randomly selected as the study subjects.The length ratio of fingers and hands(2D to 5D)was obtained by the direct measurement method,and the relationship between the length ratio of fingers and the results of various physical fitness tests was analyzed.Results:The excellent rate of medical college students in Zhejiang was low,and most of them were in the pass line.There were gender differences between male,and female 2D∶3D,2D∶4D,and 3D∶4D on the left hand and 2D∶3D and 2D∶4D on the right hand.Male left 2D∶4D was negatively correlated with 50-meter sprint performance.Conclusion:The 2D∶4D finger length ratio of Han college students majoring in medicine in Zhejiang province has a certain correlation with the test results of some physical fitness items,which can be used as a reference for further research on the relationship between fi nger length ratio and various physical qualities.
