摘　　要：随着国家对环保工作的不断加强,传统大型零件正由喷漆工艺向喷粉工艺迅速推广发展,粉末涂料与传统涂料相比,主要特点为:无害、环保、高效和节省资源、高回收利用率,能够符合社会可持续发展的要求,为未来发展的必然趋势。文章主要分析大型零件粉末喷涂的工艺及特点,并针对当前大型零件粉末涂装的应用现状和发展趋势做了阐述。With the continuous strengthening of the country’s environmental protection,the traditional large parts are rapidly promoted and developed from the painting process to the powder spraying process,and the main characteristics of powder coatings compared with traditional coatings are:harmless,environmentally friendly,efficient and resource-saving,high recycling rate,which can meet the requirements of sustainable social development and the inevitable trend of future development.This article mainly analyzed the process and characteristics of large parts powder coating,and expounded the current application status and development trend of large parts powder coating.
