摘　　要：在化学工业发展过程中最重要的环节是生产安全。随着国内化工行业生产规模的不断增大,化工产品更新换代的日新月异,这既需要高水平的生产技术提升产品性能的同时更需要科学的安全管理模式保证产品的生产质量。沿用传统的安全管理模式对于发展迅速的现阶段化工企业而言是一种潜在的安全风险。为确保安全管理常态化,文章阐述了现阶段化工企业生产中所存在的安全管理问题,分析了传统安全管理模式存在的缺陷,并结合杜邦安全管理模型提出了更适用于现阶段化工企业的新型安全管理方案。The most important link in the development of chemical industry is production safety.With the continuous increase of the production scale of the domestic chemical industry,the renewal of chemical products with each new day,which requires not only a high level of production technology to improve product performance,but also a scientif ic safety management mode to ensure the production quality of products.Following the traditional safety management mode is a potential safety risk for chemical enterprises at the present stage of rapid development.In order to ensure the normalization of safety management,this paper expounds the safety management problems existing in the production of chemical enterprises at the present stage,analyzes the defects of the traditional safety management model,and puts forward a new safety management scheme more suitable for chemical enterprises at the present stage combined with DuPont safety management model.
